Smithfield Church “Pops” Orchestra Concert Returns

This annual end-of-May concert offers a lively selection of classical music and jazz, directed by trumpeter Matt Finley. Finley has selected an eclectic and entertaining program for thirteen performers.

The program will feature the following works:

I Hope in Time a Change Will Come (1970), Oliver Nelson

March: The Love of Three Oranges (1921), Sergei Prokofiev 

Rio (1963),  Roberto Menescal

Bugler’s Holiday (1954), Leroy Anderson
